Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone using nexustrinity.io, its API, or its Discord bot (the "Service"). It's incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violating it may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, including revocation of API keys, without refund.

1. Don't Abuse the Infrastructure

• Do not attempt to circumvent, disable, or exceed rate limits — including by rotating IPs, automating account/key creation, or scripting around either free tool's (Contract Reader or Sanctions Screening) daily quota to get API-tier volume for free.
• Do not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Service's backend, database, or infrastructure beyond the documented API and web interface.
• Do not use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or our third-party providers (Etherscan, Groq, Anthropic, Supabase, etc.).

2. Don't Misuse the Output

• Do not represent the Service's automated output as a professional security audit, a certification, or a guarantee of safety. It is explicitly not that — see the Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer.
• Do not strip, alter, or omit the disclaimers on a report before sharing, publishing, or redistributing it in a way that implies a safety guarantee that wasn't in the original.
• Do not use the Service, or content generated by it, to defame, harass, or make false statements of fact about any person or project.

3. Don't Use the Service for Illegal or Harmful Purposes

• Do not use the Service to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal activity.
• Do not use the Service to analyze contracts for the purpose of building or refining an exploit against a live protocol without authorization to test that protocol. (Legitimate, authorized security research is welcome — we're a security research company. Unauthorized attacks on third-party systems are not.)
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the Service's underlying prompts, models, or detection logic for the purpose of building a competing service using our specific methodology, beyond what's disclosed in our public AI Governance & Disclosure Policy.

4. API-Specific Rules

• API keys are personal to the account that purchased them. Do not share, sell, sublicense, or publicly post your API key.
• Do not use the API to build a bulk data-scraping or resale service without our prior written consent.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including warning, rate-limiting, suspending, or terminating access, and (where legally required) reporting to law enforcement. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before doing so.
